Aged Manager = Old School Old School = Outdated knowledge Outdated Knowledge = Work in old fashioned way Old fashioned way = No creative idea No creative idea = Extremely Slow progress
We are neither living in 60’s , nor in 70’s. And definitely not in 80’s.
So why the hell are people born in these decades holding up managerial positions in most of the organizations.
We can not be against their age, its just the rate of change in the world is far ahead than their rate of thinking.
The non-creative brains of old managers are causing the organizations to slow down in many aspects.
Even if organizations hire Young creative minds , but they make this mistake of making them subordinates of the Aged people with out-dated knowledge . Who make the young people to work on their old methods.

Don’t agree with me ? Ok no problem , just sell your up to date car, and buy an old one.
Resign from the company you work in , and go to a third world organization and work for them, only then you may understand how it feels when you are forced to work for people who have less knowledge than you.
Oh yeah yeah , the “Very Experienced” word . The only word i can hear against this theory.
Now the question is how do you measure the Experience ?? Let me tell you , people are measuring the experience in the wrong way. Normally the person who has worked longer is considered to be more experienced , simply ignoring the amount of knowledge.
While the actual definition should be :
The unit to measure Experience is not Time, but Knowledge.
